TRAINING AGREEMENT
Thank you for being such an integral part of our TAKE A MINUTE ® for Palliative Care program in partnership with CANSUPPORT.

By clicking “I Accept,” you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Limited Terms of Use Agreement.
Limited Terms of Use Agreement
This Limited Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Individual”) and Zuleikha Bethami (“ZB”) for the use online of TAKE A MINUTE® for Palliative Care Training Videos (“Videos”).
By accessing the online Videos, you agree to be bound by the Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not click on the box below.
1. ZB grants you a non-exclusive, non-downloadable, limited use of the Videos for your online viewing, for training resource purposes only, while you are a staff member of CanSupport, India and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions:
a. You shall not attempt to download the videos, or transfer use of the online Videos to others, outside your work at CanSupport, India.
b. You acknowledge that you have no ownership, interest, or proprietary rights to the Videos under this Agreement and that ZB retains all right, title, and interest in the Videos.
c. You shall not remove or alter any trademark rights notices from the Videos.
3. Intellectual Property Rights:
The Videos and all TAKE A MINUTE® materials are owned by ZB and protected under registered trademark and other intellectual property laws.
4. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall ZB be liable for any direct, or incidental, exemplary or consequential damages through the use of the videos or inability to use the videos.
5. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction in India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
6. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and ZB regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understanding and agreements, whether oral or written.
