Renewal and stress-relief sessions through movement on-site and on Zoom for health care workers, frontline nurses, healthcare professionals and palliative care workers with facilitator Zuleikha and a professional guest facilitator.

The Stream video was created by TSP Director, Zuleikha for palliative care, end-of-life, hospice organizations, and their patients and families, to be distributed worldwide. The Stream Project was a joint inspiration of TSP in partnership with CanSupport-India. The Stream video was created with original music, and in both English and Hindi spoken versions. 2022 Cansupport streamed the video live to thousands of viewers during their Walk for Life event in Delhi. And it’s being used daily by their Home Care Teams for palliative cancer patients and families.

TSP is creating TAKE A MINUTE® Transformational Self-Care on-line video platforms and Zoom sessions for domestic violence and human trafficking populations, advocates and staff, addressing inter-generational stress and trauma relief and fostering self-compassion and social connections that empower. Partners: NGOs and agencies for DV survivors, offenders, women veterans with PTSD, and survivors of human trafficking.
